Brent Smith, 24, from North Carolina was on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Freedom Of The Seas on June 18, 2007 , but never disembarked.
He disappeared overboard and is presumed dead. Since he is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
