Bruce O'Krepki, 18, from Louisiana was on Carnival Cruise Lines' Carnival Fantasy on May 24, 2009, but never disembarked.
He disappeared overboard and is presumed dead. Since he is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
