Daniel DiPiero, 21, from Canfield, Ohio was on Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Mariner Of The Seas on May 15, 2006, but never disembarked.
He disappeared overboard and is presumed dead. Since he is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
