Gerald Foisey, 46, of British Columbia and girlfriend Shirley Rosette, 42, of Canoe Creek First Nation both disappeared during the sinking of the Queen Of The North on March 22, 2006.
Since both disappeared during the sinking of the ship they are presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
