Liberty Of The Seas - January 5, 2011
Jose Miguel Pietri Tello, 21, from Puerto Rico, went overboard off the Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Liberty Of The Seas on January 5, 2011 around 0338 hours while the cruise ship was six miles west of Maugre Caye lighthouse at Northern Turneffe in Belize.
He disappeared overboard and is presumed dead. Since he is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
