Laura Gainey, 25, from Canada, was aboard Windward Isles Sailing Ship Company's Picton Castle when rough seas caused her to be tossed overboard on December 08, 2006.
She disappeared overboard and is presumed dead. Since she is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
