Lynsey O'Brien, 15, from Terenure, Ireland was on a Costa Cruises' (Carnival Cruise Lines) Costa Magica cruise with her parents, two brothers, and 11 year old sister, Imelda when around 0210 hours she was out on the balcony of her cabin, vomiting, and fell over the railing, 26 miles from the Caribbean Island of Isla Mujeres, on January 5, 2006.
She disappeared overboard and is presumed dead. Since she is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
