Michelle Vilborg, 50, from Alabama was sailing aboard Carnival Cruise Lines' Carnival Holiday cruise ship on June 15, 2009 when she went overboard.
She disappeardd overboard and is presumed dead. Since she is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
