Roberta Muzquiz Pagan, 35, from California, her husband Jose and their son (my godson) Joey, and other family members were on a Mexican Riviera cruise January 30, 2003 on Carnival Cruise Line's Elation when she went missing.
She disappeard overboard and is presumed dead. Since she is now presumed dead, the case file has been moved to the Cruise Ship Deaths website.
