Missing Cruise Ship Passengers
Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines' Oasis of the Seas - April 26, 2016
Two more cruise ship passengers have gone missing in Falmouth, Jamaica, bringing the number of missing passengers in this port to four in the past six months. This time the missing passengers were aboard Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ Oasis of the Seas on Tuesday, April 26, 2016. Hayden Gerson, 33 and Alisha Frank, 32, from San Diego, California area disembarked at Falmouth on Pier 2 and haven't been seen since.
The couple allegedly went into port to make a trip to Montego Bay, St James. When they did not return to Oasis of the Seas before the cruise ship left the dock, police put out a missing person alert.
Oasis of the Seas arrived at 1030 hours for a day in port and left at 1900 hours that evening.
Oasis of the Seas embarked from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida with calls at Labadee, Haiti and Falmouth before continuing onto Cozumel, Mexico and returning to Ft. Lauderdale.
Other cruise ship passengers recently missing in Falmouth, Jamaica are:
Stephen Staker, 20, who went missing after leaving Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ Independence of the Seas in port on December 3, 2015.
Latrice Graham, 38, went missing after she left her cruise ship to go into port on November 11, 2015. The cruise ship name wasn’t in any reports but only two cruise ships were in port that day Royal Caribbean Cruise Lines’ Freedom of the Seas and Celebrity Cruises’ Celebrity Reflection.

Kingston, Jamaica landed at #33 for 492 murders or 41.1 murders per 100,000, cruise ships typically call at Falmouth, Montego Bay or Ocho Rios, which are all located on the back side of the island facing Cuba. We advised, "It's not advised to wander off on your own to the other side of the island."
Update: April 29, 2016
Both Franks and Gerson have reportedly been found. Gerson’s mother said that she recently spoke to him, and that he and Frank are safe and are trying to make their way back to San Diego. Royal Caribbean confirmed the couple had been on Oasis of the Seas and said that the couple asked to disembark the ship and was escorted to immigration.
This is the second time in past week a pair of American passengers missed getting back on a cruise ship after disembarking in a foreign port.
